Anita Barone

Barone starred in The Shoes, an episode of the fourth season of Seinfeld as Gail Cunningham, a chef who was looking to buy Elaine Benes' shoes. She was a member of the cast of Carol & Company in early 1990s alongside actor Carol Burnett. Barone played her ex-wife, Carol Willick Ross Geller in the initial Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett took over her role after Barone quit the show to focus on her full-time job. She was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the first season (1995-1996) and in The War at Home between 2005 to the year 2007. Barone was a co-star in Daddio (2000). Her other TV credits include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthuasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004 Barone received the 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her role in the The feature film One Last Ride. Barone started her role as the mother to Bella Thorne and CeCe Jones in 2010 - - three years following The War at Home concluded its run. Her husband, actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones the ex-husband of the character played by Barone.
