Erin Burnett is an American journalist and anchor of news. She is now anchoring her own news program "Erin Burnett Outfront" on CNN. Her previous work includes co-anchoring and hosting CNBC shows "Squawk on the Street" and "Street signs". Her work is watched and followed by many as she has participated in a number of news programs over time. Burnett is also a Donald Trump advisor who makes occasional appearances as 'The Celebrity Apprentice.' It is her analytical and incisive reporting that have made her stand out from other anchors. Burnett has shown her talk show Erin Burnett Outfront live from Mali border, Afghanistan, Rwanda Israel as well as the United Arab Emirates. In addition, she's reported from China as well as Pakistan. Burnett became known as NBC's 'International Superstar" due to the amount of documentary films she produced outside of United States. The documentaries she produced and her reporting was made at India, Libya and Russia. She has mainly focused on reporting for Middle East countries. Alongside her reporting experience, she was a Council on Foreign Relations member.
